Ouais.

Hello, I have Quick and Easy Web builder on:
lsb_release -c -d && uname -s -r
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS
Codename: precise
Linux 3.11.0-20-generic
And my problem is related to MegaMenu: when I take an existing jQuery UItheme, then I change it, then I save the difference, then I also save the difference as a new one, that I also change. Changes in what concern round corners and gradient colors are not applied to website on localhost, neither online, neither preview. There are two ways of seing themes, on the menu or in the vertical toolbar. Sometimes there are more in one and sometimes there are more in the other, according to how I saved and renamed the themes. So I had to go to the folder themeroller to see what is happening, sometimes folder for the themes that where deleted stay and sometimes folder for a theme in use is missing. So I must do balance betwenn copy and rename themes and delete themes in the program then delete the non used themes in themeroller folder. Then I saw there was two of them all.
I see folders between the one with executable file and the one without executable file are not synchronised.
The theme Overcast is default in executable so copy-paste to non executable the same because non-executable is vertical bar. So my theme n3 in non executable is deleted.
The theme I have created from Overcast is 1hour ago saved in executable folder but up to actual hour in non-executable folder. So copy-faste from the actual to the 1hour ago.
In non-executable themes.dat Overcast is not default and my theme appears. And in executable Overcast is default but my the is not there. So put in both default Overcast and my theme.
Everything is all the same now but my theme does not appears in what concerns gradient and round corners.

The rounded corners only work on modern browsers.
The software does not render rounded corners for better performance. But they should be visible in the browser.
The default themes that are included with the software are from the ThemeRoller website which is using images. The built-in Theme Manager does not use images, but created the theme from scratch. We've just included the same color schemes to get you started creating your own themes.
If you want to modify the standard ThemeRoller them then you will have to do that on the ThemeRoller website. http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/

I said Ubuntu, so no IE and browsers always latest ones:
fairy@tales:~$ chromium-browser -version && firefox -version
Chromium 34.0.1847.116 Ubuntu 12.04
Mozilla Firefox 29.0
According to: http://jonraasch.com/blog/css-rounded-c ... l-browsers
That you must have:
"It’s best to avoid hacks if at all possible, and luckily Firefox, Safari and Chrome all support rounded corners through native CSS methods. Let’s apply a border-radius of 20 pixels to everything with the class ’rounded-corners’:
.rounded-corners {
-moz-border-radius: 20px;
-webkit-border-radius: 20px;
-khtml-border-radius: 20px;
border-radius: 20px;
}
The first thing you might notice is that we defined the border-radius four times over. This is because current browser implementations aren’t completely refined according to W3C’s recommendations."
That you do know:
" None of the IEs support border-radius, not even IE8. When Microsoft released IE8, it’s almost as if they tried to catch up with browsers that were out when they released IE7. Don’t get me wrong, they fixed a lot and I wouldn’t trade even something small like display: table-cell for border-radius.
Fortunately, IE9 will have some CSS3 support, but until then we’ll have to use a border-radius hack in all IEs. "
OK doing my theme on ThemeRoller instead inside QnEWB: http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/
Not at all happy you can't tell me nothing about compatibility between QnEWB and my version of Ubuntu. Most programs say: install this or that. What languages do QnEWB needs to work the same as in Windows ? Because we can implement anything in Ubuntu - what Windows users can't - for full compatibility.
Furthermore not happy that price in Euros is >> price in Dollars. 48 Euros = 65.9808 U.S. dollars. So why do I pay 20dollars more then Americans for the same product ? When I clicked your product was 48 Dollars, now it is Mac/Linux/Windows bundle: $49.99. But same question.

The price is dollars does not include tax. The tax is added after you have select your country.
The mega menu was not designed to support rounded corners.

Not going to complain more because right now you are the only one who says you are compatible with Ubuntu so thanks.
I know the other ones that are free are not in Ubuntu Software Center because they have some compatibility issues and they did not have time to follow all Ubuntu evolution. Nontheless nothing says they won't work. They do work with some trouble from almost none to not usable at all.
In Windows you install once a program and you can keep it installed all of your life, because your core doesn't evolve. Linux core keeps evolving, and new versions do appear at least 3 times a year. Each new version, if you change version, compatibility issues are different. And if you don't change version, it is better to change version at the end of some kind of: " end of consumption term " because you will no longer be able to install new past programs and no more updates. So then next version, new compatibility issues. So it is a lot of work for the free softwares.
That's why you are alone in Precise Linux Software Sources right now.
So you'd better work.
francoise_peace a écrit@Paypal- First you don't offer true compatibility with any version of Linux or of Windowd or of Mac, because you are crossplatform, so you cannot solve any issue related to version compatibility and you cannot give updates related to version compatibility.
Then I enjoy discussing problems and not having to shut up for users not to see my problems. So you frighten me by deleting my post and by giving me short answers before.
Third although I enjoyed your work, I cannot use a software I am afraid of. You bloqued me psychologically with your way of being.
Also must say you should show your products with taxes in USD and in EUROS in your website so I can understand your point of view. Right now not sure of what to think.
So I ask right of free retractation.
Deleting everything I had created with it.
Thank you and good luck.
J'ai demandé les 48euros de retour.......... maintenant nouveau topique à la recherche d'un logiciel pour faire un site web, un qui ne me fasse pas peur. Moi je ne travaille pas dans la peur !!!!!!!!!!
