Impossible de réactiver la wifi

Bonjour à tous.

J'ai installé Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS en dual boot avec Windows 10 sur un laptop ASUS TP300LD.
Une fois sur Ubuntu et après quelques commandes j'ai constaté que j'avais une carte MT7630E, bien sûr la wifi était inaccessible.
J'ai consulté cette page https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/wifi_bt_mt7630e mais je ne peux pas procéder à l'installation de cette manière car je n'ai aucun moyen d'avoir internet sur le laptop (pas de port Ethernet).

Je suis donc passé par là: http://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/1796

cd ~/Downloads/MT7630E-release
sudo chmod +x install
sudo ./install

Cela a activé la wifi instantanément, cependant impossible de la réactiver au redémarrage.
Je précise que la touche f2 a son voyant allumé (ce qui, je présume, signifie que la wifi est désactivée car le PC est en mode avion ou quelque chose comme ça).

Mais rien ne fonctionne... Quelqu'un pour me venir en aide svp ?

[EDIT] Je pense que des mises à jour ayant été effectuées avec le Software Updater ont pu être à l'origine du problème après redémarrage.

[EDIT] Depuis ces MàJ il semble que la wifi soit également désactivée sous Windows...

Merci beaucoup pour vos réponses rapides.
J'ai réussi à résoudre mon problème en bidouillant (je ne sais pas si cette solution tiendra à long terme, on verra bien).

Je ne suis plus trop sûr de ce que j'avais fait mais après réinstallation d'Ubuntu j'ai effectué la manip dispo sur cette page:

Ensuite j'ai installé les mises à jour puis j'ai modifié un fichier de configuration manuellement (je n'arrive plus à trouver la page web qui indiquait cette manip, si je retrouve je ferai un edit) avant de redémarrer.

Sur Ubuntu la carte était alors reconnue sans problème, ce qui n'était plus le cas sur Windows. J'ai alors tenté de bidouiller avec les drivers propriétaires et quelques logiciels de gestion de drivers sans succès. Finalement je suis repassé par le site de Mediatek où j'ai téléchargé ceci: http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads1/downloads/pcimpcicbrt2860rt2760rt2890/

Après redémarrage les deux OS utilisent correctement la carte réseau (du moins pour l'instant !). 🙂
