Bonjour,
A la suite de mes déboires avec la carte ralink rt557 sous Ubuntu mate 16.4, je viens d'acheter par Amazon la carte wifi en slot interne TL-WIN781ND.
Comme l'autre elle fonctionne parfaitement sous windows Pro, mais pas sur Ubuntu mate 16.4, même si la diode témoin est allumée.
J'ai beau activer la partie WIfi, rien n'y fait.
dans le menu dois je

créer un nouveau réseau wifi

? je ne pense pas, mais dites moi...
que faire?

rien n'y fait....dois je renvoyer ma carte interne wifi pour non fonctionnement sous Ubuntu, alors que le site dit qu'elle devrait fonctionner...la Led est allumée pourtant.

Si Ubuntu décide de rester sur la 1.2.4, il est probable qu'il y ait une autre solution que d'attendre la 1.4.1.
La version 1.4.1 est déjà présente sur d'autres distributions Linux.

@Kneipp, ne supprime rien.
Il semblerait qu'il y ait de sérieux bugs sur NetworkManager, et encore cela semble en fonction des matériels wifi et des distros.
Tu peux essayer WICD à la place de NetworkManager. Une page sur la documentation y est dédiée.

je crois que je vais renvoyer la carte wifi et qui pourra me donner les références exactes et non un site avec x cartes, mais une carte qu'il utilise sur Ubuntu mate 16.4., une carte que je peux directement acheté sur Amazon

Ce sera plus simple pour moi...je cherche maintenant depuis plusieurs heures pour rien...d'abord un clef, maintenant une carte je renvoie le tout
