BCM43142 bloquée + acer-wireless: Wireless LAN Soft blocked

Bonjour,

J'installe un laptop HP neuf en dual boot avec Windows.
Malheureusement je n'ai pas de connexion Wifi sous Ubuntu alors qu'elle fonctionne parfaitement sous Windows.
J'ai essayé plein de choses durant 3 heures en essayant des pistes du forum ... mais vu que je ne comprend pas tout ... je fais appel à vous.

fin du § 4.2 a écritVérifiez que la carte Wi-Fi n'est pas désactivée:

rfkill list

Si après Soft blocked vous avez un yes, alors le Wi-Fi est bloqué de façon logicielle, par contre si vous avez un yes après Hard blocked c'est que votre Wi-Fi est bloqué matériellement par un bouton dédié.

Pour activer les cartes Wi-Fi:

sudo rfkill unblock all

Ça avance bien : "activer le réseau wifi" apparaît maintenant dans le menu de connexion réseau.
Malheureusement, je n'ai toujours pas de Wifi, ni en cliquant sur cette commande, ni avec sudo rfkill unblock all.

Essaies :

sudo ifconfig wlo1 up

sudo ifconfig wlo1 up n'améliore pas ma situation.

Je suis allé dans paramètres - Logiciels et mises à jour - Pilotes additionnels. J'ai coché "Ne pas utiliser le périphérique". Je l'ai ensuite réactivé en cochant "Utilisation de Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA wireless drinver source depuis bcmwl-kernel-source (prorpriétaire).
Durant ces opération le système m'a signalé un plantage : "désolé une erreur est survenue lors de l'utilisation du logiciel. Paquet : shim-signed 118~16.04.1+0.8-0ubuntu2.
J'ai voulu envoyer un rapport d'anomalie, mais le système m'a indiqué que je l'avais déjà fait auparavant.

Au final, le menu de réseau me signale toujours que le wifi est désactivé.

Lances les mises à jour :

sudo apt update

sudo apt full-upgrade

avec redémarrage.

En première passe, sudo apt update m'a signalé une anomalie.
J'ai quand même lancé do apt full-upgrade puis redémarré.

Après redémarrage, j'ai fait une deuxième passe. Plus d'erreur, tout est à jour.

Mais toujours pas possibilité d'activer le wifi.

XXian a écritJe suis allé dans paramètres - Logiciels et mises à jour - Pilotes additionnels. J'ai coché "Ne pas utiliser le périphérique". Je l'ai ensuite réactivé en cochant "Utilisation de Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA wireless drinver source depuis bcmwl-kernel-source (prorpriétaire).

Tu devrais inverser l'opération et essayer d'utiliser le pilote libre !

Avant reboot, toujours pas de wifi :
- aucun changement dans le menu réseau,
- résultats de rfkill inchangés.

Après reboot, encore moins de wifi :
- sur le menu réseau, plus de commandes relatives au Wifi
- rfkill list réduite à :

Hier soir, je me suis réjouis peut-être de manière un peu précipitée en voyant que le système détectait bien ma livebox en wifi.
Je n'avais pas ma clé de sécurité. Je n'ai pas pu vérifier ma connexion jusqu'au bout.

Ce matin, après avoir saisi ladite clé, je m’aperçois que le système ne se connecte pas au réseau.
J'ai trouvé la procédure https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/wifi#reseau_sans_fil_detecte_mais_impossible_d_obtenir_l_adresse_ip.
Est-ce la bonne piste ?

Un nouveau noyau est sorti hier, relances les mises à jour :

sudo apt update

sudo apt full-upgrade

avec redémarrage et si la connexion wifi reste inopérante, appliques les instructions de la Doc !

La mise à jour du noyau suivie d'un reboot n'a rien changé.

J'ai essayé la procédure https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/wifi#reseau_sans_fil_detecte_mais_impossible_d_obtenir_l_adresse_ip ... et j'ai tout perdu, y compris la connexion filaire.

Je pense que le grain de sable vient de là :

sudo service networking start
Job for networking.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status networking.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details

Après une sueur froide, j'ai réussi à relancer nerwork-manager avec :

sudo systemctl start NetworkManager.service
sudo update-rc.d network-manager defaults

J'ai aussi remis les données initiales de /etc/network/interfaces :
