I helped an elderly couple (80+) with installing Ubuntu.
At the time they lived in Provence
Now they live in 34530 Montagnac (Herault)
Is there anyone living near by, that can help them
update to 16.04
+ they need an Open VPN
To be able to watch Swedish TV
I can via email give you exactly what you need to do.
They are of course willing to pay for the job,
although they cannot pay 100s of euro
but a fair price is of course accetable
It does not have to be a very very good Expert on Ubuntu to do this.
Just general knowledge will do

You are actually on a french Ubuntu forum, so english isn't expected here :-).

I can maybe do something, by phone and with some tools as Teamviewer, I'm actually an auto entrepreneur which do free price, peoples pay what they can and what they want. But I'll not tell more right now, I'm not here to do some advertising! PS: I'm using GNU/Linux since 10 years now, and I'm actually working as an hotliner for a big french company which sell computer. And sorry for my english.

It is not possible by phone
They know too little and they are too old
Someone not living too far away need to visit them at their home.
I can help them by phone but they do not understand good enough.

Sorry I am quite close (Montpelllier, Hérault too but it isn't the Provence as you wrote 😉 ) but my car is damaged ... Koshie suggested the utilisation of Teamviewer ; it is a quite good idea why don't you do that ?
