Le client et le serveur sont le même pc? Si oui, tu mets localhost pour te connecter? Dans ce cas, tente de mettre l'ip publique:port pour voir si tu te fais éjecter

J'ai monté une config dédiée pour le serveur, je vais tester l'ip publique

Ce qui est bizarre, c'est que sur un autre serveur, j'ai pas "encrypting" avant que les 10 secondes où ça marche

Tu peux tenter openjdk 8 mais je pense pas que ça changera grand chose. Au cas où même si j'y crois pas, tu peux le temps d'un test mettre l'option online-mode à false? (faut redémarrer le serveur minecraft pour prendre en compte le changement)

(Il est vraiment codé avec le cul ce jeu!)
