Adaptateur wifi non détecté.

J'ai récemment migré sur ubuntu 18.04 en dual boot avec windows 10.
Après quelques galères tout fonctionne bien sauf la carte wifi qui n'est absolument pas détectée .. J'ai regardé des dizaines de pages de forum à ce sujet mais aucune n'a pu me donner la solution .. Pour l'instant je passe donc par ethernet.

Pour vous donner plus d'infos, je transmets les commandes suivantes :

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande, un [doc]wificheck[/doc] rassemblant les informations > Configuration wifi.

Nota : un fichier wificheck.log est créé dans votre répertoire personnel, collez l'intégralité de son contenu dans votre discussion.

Je vous remercie pour votre réponse ! J'ai donc fait le wificheck mais à mon avis il manque des informations importantes puisque ifconfig et nm-tool sont des "commandes introuvables".

extrait § 4.1 a écritSi après Soft blocked vous avez un yes, alors le WIFI est bloqué de façon logicielle, par contre si vous avez un yes après Hard blocked c'est que votre WIFI est bloqué matériellement par un bouton dédié.

Tu as regardé la notice de l'ordi ?

En plus de vérifier le blocage par interrupteur, il faut vérifier que le Windows 10 a bien été arrêté et non mis en veille. Dans ce dernier cas, le système en veille réserve les périphériques qu'il a utilisés pour les retrouver dans le même état. Cela expliquerait ce qui suit :

Je vous remercie tous les deux pour vos réponses ! J'ai vérifié et la seule touche que j'ai est la touche "mode avion" qui n'est manifestement pas reconnue par ubuntu (alors que les touches de verrouillage de touchpad et de volume/luminosité, etc fonctionnent bien). Pensez vous que le problème peut venir de là ? Parce que le bluetooth fonctionne ...

Et concernant windows je pense qu'il est en effet éteint puisque j'accède à ubuntu au redémarrage mais je ne sais pas trop comment être sur de ça ...
