"Aucun adaptateur Wi-Fi trouvé" malgré qu'il soit branché

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer Ubuntu 18.04 en dual boot avec Windows 10, tout s'est bien passé.
Mais j'ai un (gros) problème : j'ai un adaptateur Wi-Fi qui se branche en USB sur mon PC pour me connecter au Wi-Fi (jusque là tout va bien).
Sous Windows 10, il marche parfaitement, mais voilà : sur Ubuntu, dans les paramètres Wi-Fi, j'ai un gros point d’interrogation suivi du message "Aucun adaptateur Wi-Fi trouvé assurez vous d'avoir un adaptateur Wi-Fi branché et opérationnel"... 🙁
En faisant la commande lsusb, je peux constater qu'il est bien détecté, pourtant j'ai beau chercher sur internet et tester des trucs, il n'est toujours pas reconnu :/
Auriez vous une solution ? Merci d'avance 🙂

Bonjour,

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande, un [doc]wificheck[/doc] rassemblant les informations > Configuration wifi.

Nota : un fichier wificheck.log est créé dans votre répertoire personnel, collez l'intégralité de son contenu dans votre discussion.

Je précise que j'ai fait le test tout en étant connecté en partage de connexion avec mon téléphone sur l'ordinateur via USB, devrai je plutôt faire un test sans ?

Lorsque je fais le test en ayant désactivé le partage de connexion, j'obtiens dans la console
