Pour le premier lien Des commentaires pour le rtl8xxxu (avec un rtl8192cu) de chili555 et Pilot6, le retour de lsmod | grep rtl montre qu'il y avait un conflit entre driver, ce qui n'était pas mon cas.

Le rtl8xxxu était bien intégré de base dans le noyau, mais les performances n'étaient pas terribles (voir post #1). Il y avait peut être moyen de le configurer, mais je n'ai pas trouvé comment (je n'ai pas cherché des masses non plus)

Non, moi c'est un rtl8723be. Je l'ai installé par le dépôt de larry finger. Et je viens seulement de penser que je compile tous les pilotes de rtlwifi_new, donc c'est normal qu'il soit là en fait...

For PCIe devices, Realtek has put a lot of resources into such development, which is why the devices whose model number ends with E are found in the kernel. On the other hand, the USB group at Realtek has refused to make any modifications so that their drivers could be put into the kernel. The only exception is the RTL8192CU, which is a horrible driver and should be removed. All devices whose model number ends in U are USB devices.

Early on, I did the work necessary to convert crappy Realtek USB drivers into a form that could be placed in the kernel. In general, this effort takes about 6 months full time to complete the task for EACH driver. I am now almost 78 years old, and I have no desire to spend an appreciable portion of what life I have left on converting the driver for a chip that is essentially never used. If you really want an in-kernel driver for that device, then be my guest.

With Windows, the computer vendors either develop the drivers themselves or they make an arrangement with the chip vendor to develop the drivers. As there are roughly 50 times more desktops running Windows, the arrangement make sense.

Je ne vois pas pourquoi le module du driver ne serait pas chargé automatiquement, j'essaierai tout à l'heure de ne plus le référencer dans /etc/modules.

Dans mes recherches relatives au pilote rtl8xxxu (qui pourrait remplacer sept autres pilotes), j'ai récupéré :

The new rtl8xxxu driver initially introduced in kernel 4.4 works mostly well these days, and you should give it a try before trying this repository.

If rtl8xxxu gives you problems, try troubleshooting it first. Known things to look for are:

Make sure to blacklist the older rtl8192cu driver, which some distros seem to load by default otherwise.

Some devices require that power management be disabled in NetworkManager. Follow the instructions further down to disable power management in NetworkManager. Typical symptoms would be that the device works fine for a moment, and then becomes very slow or outright drops the connection.

If your device is not detected, make sure that your kernel enables CONFIG_RTL8XXXU_UNTESTED

Be sure to set the options for DMA aggregation and dual-band 2.4 GHz:
