[RÉSOLU] Impossible d'activer / se connecter à une wifi, Ubuntu 16.04

Bonsoir, j'ai un Dell Latitude qui tourne sur Ubuntu 16.04, et depuis une mise à jour je ne peux plus me connecter à aucune wifi, c'est à dire que le menu des connections wifi ne s'affiche même plus. Plus précisément il ne me propose que des connections filaires, VPN, puis les informations et modifications de la connexion. J'ai déjà essayé de faire (je ne sais pas si j'ai tout bien fait) les instructions données par ce topic du forum : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2001403 , mais rien n'a changé. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider ?

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande, un [doc]wificheck[/doc] rassemblant les informations > Configuration wifi.

Nota : un fichier wificheck.log est créé dans votre répertoire personnel, collez l'intégralité de son contenu dans votre discussion.

Je n'arrive pas à tous comprendre... j'ai téléchargé iwlwifi-8265-22.ucode et iwlwifi-8265-31.ucode mais dans le dossier /lib/firmware je ne peux pas les remplacer et je ne sais pas comment placer les nouveaux dedans.

J'ai essayé ces 2 méthodes mais linux-firmware est déjà installé sur mon ordi, et le gestionnaire de pilotes propriétaires m'indique que je n'ai pas de pilote propriétaire.
