Bonjour à tout le monde

Sur ma machine avec gnome comme WM je voudrais appareiller mes oreillettes BT Jabra elite 25e
Dans la documentation tout parait simple mais dans mon cas les oreillettes n'apparaissent pas dans le gestionnaire de connexion BT. J'ai un élément marqué inconnu mais je ne peux pas y accéder

comment puis-je faire ?
existe t'il des incompatibilités matérielles dans la gestion du BT ?

Ton casque est compatible bluetooth de la version 1.1 à 4, donc il est compatible avec ta machine bluetooth. Le problème est ailleurs. Sur ta machine, as tu activé le bluetooth et la fonction permettant de scanner les appareils à proximités ? Sur ton casque, as tu activé la fonction permettant d'etre apairé avec un nouvelle appareil ? Consulte le mode d'emploi de ton casque. Sur le mien, pour l'appairer sur un nouvel appareil, faut appuyer sur le bouton power+volume haut puis ensuite de l'appairer à partir de la machine.

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

a priori ça ne vient pas de ma façon de faire, il est apairé avec mon smartphone sans problème

puis sur le prompt bluetooth
Vérifier que le controleur du PC ext actif

Lister les équipements

 devices

Si ton équipement apparait, essayer de le connecter en indiquant son adresse mac

je suis sur la version de test de ubuntu (19.04)
pour information le problème est le même sur mon autre machine avec la version ubuntu 18.10

alors grandtoubab m'a fais douter et il avait raison

dans le cas de mon matériel il faut appuyer sur le bouton multifonction pendant 7 secondes et non pas 5 comme indiqué dans la documentation (5 secondes pour les smartphones, 7 secondes pour les autres machines). J'ai trouvé la réponse sur une vidéo indienne 🙂

Je ne connais pas ce module snd_soc_skl.

xubu, peut être parce que je suis sur un chromebook linuxisé 😉
et justement la sortie son ne fonctionne pas, problème repéré et connu
en attendant la sortie son par BT est fonctionnelle
