J'ai enfin résolu le problème à l'aide de Varunendra sur le forum anglophone. Tu étais très proche de la solution, il fallait finalement remplacer le contenu du fichier (et pas ajouter à la fin comme je l'ai fait).
Et il fallait aussi modifier un paramètre concernant l'utilisation simultanée du Wifi et du Bluetooth dans mon cas. Voici la manipulation exacte que j’ai utilisée :
echo "options iwlwifi bt_coex_active=N swcrypto=1 11n_disable=1" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
A priori, le paramètre "swcrypto" ne semble avoir aucune incidence sur ma connexion, mais je le laisse par simple précaution.
