Adaptateur (dongle) bluetooth ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour à tous,

Cela fait maintenant deux ans que je suis sous Ubuntu 16.04 sur mon HP Pavilion g7. Je souhaite lui connecter une enceinte en bluetooth (d'autant que la connexion avec la prise jack ne fonctionne pas, ce que je ne comprends pas puisqu'elle marche avec une autre enceinte), comme il n'y a pas de bluetooth intégré j'ai fait l'acquisition d'un "dongle" estampillé "CSR V4.0" sur ebay, dont le vendeur assure qu'elle est compatible avec Ubuntu 16.04.
Une fois branchée, il semble qu'elle soit reconnue par l'ordi puisque quand j'ouvre les paramètres Bluetooth, j'ai la possibilité de faire bouger le curseur d'activation. Mais une fois mis en position "on", il est toujours indiqué "le bluetooth est désactivé", est rien ne se passe quand je tente un appairage.
Il y a-t-il quelque chose d'autre à activer?

sudo service bluetooth status

et :

rfkill list all

Mais après avoir lancé

sudo apt full-upgrade

il m'a proposé de faire de la place, j'ai dit ok.

Du coup je reprends au #13 puis je refais
