3eme niveau de touche / arobase non accesible

Bonjour à tous,
Je suis tout nouveau sur Ubuntu, pour cause j'ai remis en route un vieux pc Acer one fonctionnant mal sous wi' xp, du coup j ai installé hier "xubuntu 18.04".
Tout est fluide, ça fonctionne super, à l exception de la touche arobase @ et des touches voisines du même niveau. J ai lu pas mal de postes, fais pas mal de testés, notamment en m essayant avec le terminal de commande, mais en vain...
Alors je vous demande de l aide après plusieurs heures de galères à chercher.

Chez moi @ fonctionne nativement avec [alt gr] à (alt gr est la touche à droite de l'espace)

Et autres combinaisons ne donnent rien, ni pour arobase ni pour toutes les autres du 3eme niveau de clavier

Dans ce cas, passe par la méthode graphique : Paramètres → Clavier.
Puis prends le clavier Français (variante).

Tu devrais avoir cette disposition.

En haut à gauche j ai cliquë sur l'icône, puis paramètre, clavier, disposition, français (variante)

Je vois pas d image de clavier apparaître.

La méthode graphique, c’est ce que tu a fait (avec la souris), à la différence de la méthode par le terminal.

[Alt Gr]+[Ctrl] ne donnera rien en effet. Seule la touche [Alt Gr] suffit.

Que se passe-t-il si tu fais [Alt Gr]+[à] ?

OK merci Super Nany pour le temps passé, as tu une solution alternative ? pour info le clavier fonctionné nikel sous win xp.

au delà de l'arobase, le sigle 'euro' , sous la touche "e" est également inutilisable.

Si je pige bien tu as un Aspire One 751h-52Bk
Très petite config assez ancienne, même si je suis fan de Xubuntu, avec ton 1Go de RAM, je me demande si tu ne devrais pas utiliser une Debian.
