WIFI lent et instable

Bonjour,

Après avoir essayé de régler les problèmes d'interférence en rapprochant l'ordinateur considérablement de la box, je me permets de poser une question ici à nouveau parce que cela ne change rien.
Mis à part mon ordinateur sous ubuntu, tous mes autres appareils ont une connexion parfaite en wifi.
La seule chose qui semble améliorer un peu la connexion sur ubuntu, c'est de décocher l'option 802.11n dans l'interface de ma freebox. Mais elle reste cependant instable avec des pertes de débit et de connexion...

§ 2.2 Atheros a écrit Les cartes WIFI Atheros fonctionnent plus ou moins facilement sous GNU/Linux Ubuntu au gré des versions. Un pilote unique est utilisé pour tous les modèles, le module ath5k ou ath9k. Parfois, ce pilote ne fonctionne que partiellement et des réglages/optimisations sont nécessaires selon les modèles de cartes.

En cas de lenteur, dans l'interface de configuration de votre routeur, vérifiez le canal utilisé : s'il est en mode "automatique", tentez d'attribuer un canal manuel inférieur à 10. ou essayez la commande :
echo "options ath9k nohwcrypt=1" | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/ath9k.conf
En cas de difficultés persistantes on peut essayer de faire charger le pilote au démarrage avec la commande :
echo ath9k | sudo tee -a /etc/modules

La box est sur le canal 1 avec un chiffrement wpa2 psk aes.
Je l'ai branchée sur une prise seule.
J'ai entré les 2 lignes de commande mais après redémarrage je n'arrive plus à me connecter au wifi... (suis en partage de connexion sur le téléphone)

J'ai copié/collé la commande et après redémarrage j'ai réussi à me connecter à nouveau.
Par contre le débit est toujours très très faible. Mon ordinateur pro a un débit 20 fois plus rapide en download et 60 fois en upload...

Pour les cartes supportant plusieurs débits, positionne le débit
en b/s. Le débit est la vitesse à laquelle les bits sont
transmis sur le médium, la vitesse du lien pour l'utilisateur
est inférieure à cause du partage du médium et des diverses
entêtes.
Vous pouvez ajouter le suffixe k, M ou G à la valeur
(multiplicateur décimal : 10^3, 10^6 et 10^9 b/s), ou ajouter
suffisamment de '0'. Les valeurs en-dessous de 1 000 sont
spécifiques à la carte, habituellement un index de la liste des
débit supportés. Utilisez auto pour sélectionner le mode débit
automatique (repli à un débit moindre pour les canaux bruités),
ce qui est le mode par défaut pour la plupart des cartes, et
fixed pour revenir à des paramètres fixes. Si vous spécifiez une
valeur de débit et ajoutez auto, le driver utilisera tous les
débits inférieurs et égaux à cette valeur.

Pour les cartes supportant plusieurs puissances de transmission,
règle la puissance de transmission en dBm. Si W est la puissance
en Watt, la puissance en dBm est P = 30 + 10.log(W). Si la
valeur est post-fixée par mW, elle sera automatiquement
convertie en dBm.
De plus, on et off active et désactive la radio, et auto et
fixed active et désactive le contrôle de puissance (si ces
fonctions sont disponibles).

Pour info, dans un environnement encombré (bluetooth, téléphone DECT, murs, parties métalliques, autres réseaux wifi, ...) et à 6m de distance d'une box à 8000 kbps maxi, après moult tests et plusieurs semaines d'utilisation :
Ce qui a fait nettement la différence pour obtenir une connexion correcte en temps et en débit, c'est de baisser le tx-power et le bitrate de la carte Wifi comme ça :
Dans le fichier /etc/rc.local :
