Le problème, c'est que tu as installé ton Linux en mode Legacy sur sda, et non UEFI, malgré le disque au format gpt.

Le plus simple pour toi serait de le réinstaller en mode uefi, mais tu ne bootes par correctement sur ton LiveCD :
BIOS is EFI-compatible, but it is not setup in EFI-mode for this live-session.
A noter que boot-repair te propose une solution convenable... mais je n'aime pas cet outil en UEFI parce qu'il fait des manips parfois peu élégantes :
