Il serait bon de connaître l'état du disque grâce à l'application smartmontools

que tu installes avec cette commande
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools
Tu posteras le retour de cette commande pour interprétation.
sudo smartctl -s on -a /dev/sda
Après on pourra regarder avec testdisk
