Portable Lenovo V130-151KB: carte wifi introuvable

Bonjour la communauté,
Je viens d'installer Xubuntu 19.10 sur un nouveau PC portable Lenovo V130-51KB. Install neuve en gardant mon /home d'un précédent PC.
Tout fonctionne bien, sauf la carte Wifi. Elle n'appraît nulle part... Je ne comprends pas pourquoi.
Impossible de trouver sur Internet le fabricant et le modèle du chip wifi.
Qui pourrait m'orienter vers une solution ?

On ne voit pas de carte wifi.

Tu as regardé dans le BIOS ?

Le 18/11/2019, ATLASLEON a écritCela fonctionne dans mon cas après avoir désactivé la carte sans fil dans la configuration du BIOS, démarré le système d'exploitation et arrêté, puis activé la carte sans fil dans le BIOS.

Alors j'ai rouvert la bête: la carte wifi est une Intel AC 3165 . La même que sur mon ancien, PC, du coup je l'ai échangée pour voir si problème matériel: ce n'est pas le cas, mêmes symptômes avec l'ancienne carte qui fonctionnait très bien sur mon ancien portable sous xubuntu 18.04

Oui, il n'y a aucune option dans le bios au sujet du wifi...
Je vais essayer de remettre le disque dur d'origine avec windows et le démarrer pour voir si le wifi fonctionne et s'il n'est pas (dés)activable.

J'ai essayé également de remettre le disque dur d'origine et démarré windows 10: problème identique, carte WIfi pas trouvée...
Etrange... je ne comprends pas. Le bluetooth est ok tant avec Xubuntu 19.10 que windows 10, alors que physiquement c'est la même carte.
Je cale... 🙁

Et je trouve un bug ancien en Bluetooth > bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/+bug/1581852 mais pour linux-firmware.

Alors là.... honte à moi !!!
Sujet résolu, grand merci à xubu1957 et Henry de Monfreid (auteur qui a bercé mon enfance d'histoires aventureuses en Mer Rouge, tu es aussi un un dieu de l'informatique !) pour votre patience et votre dévouement à aider un imbécile handicapé de l'interface chaise-clavier !
C'est bien moi qui ai désactivé la carte wifi dans le bios, passé trop vite dessus j'ai imaginé que c'était le wake-on-LAN :rolleyes: J'aurais pu y passer encore quelques heures sans la remarque de Henry.
Remis en position enable, la carte wifi apparait immédiatement, elle est parfaitement fonctionnelle.
Je modifie le titre en conséquence avant l'aller me flageller. (J'aurais bien effacé l'ensemble du sujet mais on va le garder, ça pourrait aider un autre fatigué de la tête.)
