Probleme installation Ubuntu 18.04 sur Thomson Neo14A

J'ai acheté hier un ordinateur portable Thomsom Neo14A-4SL64
Mémoiure : 3,7 Gio
Processeur Intel Arom X5-E8000 CPU @ 1.04 GHzx4
Carte graphique : Intel HD Graphics 400 ( Braswell)
Gnome 3.28.2
Type de système d'exploitation 64 bits
Disque 60,6Go

J'ai installé Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS. Mais je rencontre de nombreux problèmes.
Le plus important est la connexion Wifi. ( L'ordinateur ne possède pas de prise ethernet). Elle est très faible quand elle fonctionne même à proximité de la box, mais la plupart du temps, elle ne fonctionne pas. J'ai fait un partage de connexion avec mon téléphone et c'est le même problème.
J'ai cherché des solutions mais je suis une novice.
Autre problème : le touchpad. Il n'est pas reconnu. Il n'apparait pas dans la liste du matériel.

PS : je n'arrive même pas à reinstaller WIndows....

Tu peux donner la carte wifi :

lspci -nnk | grep 0280 -A3

pour info,
j'ai redémarré. La connexion n'a plus fonctionné, j'ai du me rapprocher de la box et attendre 5 min pour avoir de nouveau une connexion...

Il faudrait passer la Box, sur un chiffrement WPA2 seul comme indiqué au § 1
