Normalement, avec la case cochée, Dropbox devrait créer un fichier .desktop dans ~/.config/autostart. Or, le dossier est vide si la commande ne renvoie rien.
À tout hasard, essaie de créer manuellement le fichier .desktop :
gedit ~/.config/autostart/dropbox.desktop
dans l'éditeur de texte qui s'ouvre, mets ça et enregistre :
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Dropbox
GenericName=File Synchronizer
Comment=Sync your files across computers and to the web
Exec=dropbox start -i
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Icon=dropbox
Categories=Network;FileTransfer;
StartupNotify=false
puis redémarre pour voir si Dropbox se lance bien.
