Pour ça, tu te positionnes sur le noyau 2.3.0-28, au lieu de valider, tu appuies sur la lettre e. Un fichier de configuration va apparaître.
Tu te posistionnes juste après splash (quiet splash), tu passes une espace et tu écris modpobe.blacklist=nouveau (si le clavier est à ce moment là configuré en QWERTY, il faudra taper ,odprobe:blqcklist=nouvequ pour que ça s'affiche correctement)
EDIT : Valider par F10 (merci nany)

Mais ducoup :
1) Je devrais booter systématiquement sur le kernel 28 ?
2) Dois - je réactiver le secure boot ?
Au final, j'ai tapé : modprobe.blacklist=nouveau , puis j'ai fait ctrl-x, et là je n'ai pas de problème de freeze ou de bug au démarrage, tout va bien. Ducoup là je suis sur le kernel 28 et je passe les commandes dont tu m'as parlé avant :
