Ayant des problèmes avec les graphes dans Scilab, j'ai essayé d'installer un pilote propriétaire AMD. Ensuite, mes graphes étaient OK et tout était bien... jusqu'à ce que j'éteigne mon PC.
Après le redémarrage, j'ai d'abord eu le problème que mon moniteur externe n'était pas détecté (et le moniteur externe fonctionne bien avec un Ubuntu live-USB, donc la connexion est OK).
Ensuite, j'ai essayé de revenir à mon pilote d'origine (celui qui est automatiquement installé par Ubuntu) en suivant certaines méthodes trouvées sur Askubuntu).
Puis c'est allé de mal en pis ! Ecran noir avec curseur clignotant...
Lorsque je démarre dans "Ubuntu with Linux 5.3.0-16 generic (recovery mode)" et que je clique sur "resume", mon bureau habituel apparaît et je peux travailler (mais toujours sans mon moniteur externe !) : voici l'étrange résultat que j'obtiens avec xrandr :
