Bonjour, mon problème est dans le titre.

Bonjour,

La version 19.04 [doc]disco[/doc] est périmée.

Depuis le 23 janvier 2020, Ubuntu 19.04 est en fin de vie (end of life, EOL). Elle ne profite plus de nouvelle mise à jour de sécurité et les paquets logiciels pour cette version sont déplacés dans des serveurs d'archive. Pour continuer à recevoir des mises à jour de sécurité, veuillez mettre à niveau votre version d'Ubuntu vers une version activement soutenue.

Je pense qu'on peut résoudre ton problème en forçant apt à utiliser ipv4 au lieu de ipv6 avec cette commande :

sudo sed -i '/precedence \:\:ffff\:0\:0\/96  100/s/#//' /etc/gai.conf

Après ça, essaye :

sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade

Mais je trouve cela assez étrange, il y a quelque jours encore cela marchait, et lorsque j'ai voulu faire des manip' pour désinstaller quelque chose ça a commencé à bugué

Ben oui, mais ta version d'Ubuntu n'est plus maintenue donc il n'y a plus de mises à jour ni d'installation de logiciels. La seule solution est d'installer une version d'Ubuntu encore maintenue (dans ton cas, la 20.04)
