Je confirme ce que Babdu89 a expliqué. Le problème est dû à la partition sda5 qui se trouve en fin de partition étendue sda2 comme on peut voir dans cet extrait :

On y voit que la partition sda5 se termine à
363048959 comme la partition sda2.
Quand on touche au partitionnement depuis Windows, cet enfoiré supprime les partitions logiques qui se trouvent physiquement avant la partition sda5. Dans ton cas, il a viré la partition racine (elle devait être repérée sda6). Donc tu n'as plus de Ubuntu.
