J'ai finalement reformaté le disque en Ext4 et d'ailleurs Gparted a été très long à le faire. J'ai ressorti un vieux Raspberry pour faire les contrôles, moins contraignant pour moi que l'ordinateur.
Je suis passé en Ext4 car le NTFS, je ne trouve pas de tutoriels valables sous Raspberry, mais je ne pense pas que les résultats changent lorsqu'un disque a des défauts.

Il me semble irrécupérable, non ?...
J'en profite pour tester mes autres disques, et apparemment, le test passe aussi sur des disques en NTFS, mais je suis assez béotien en Linux ou ce genre de chose.
Voici un autre disque (320Gb Seagate) qui semble avoir quelques erreurs, je ne sais pas si c'est gênant, grave, disque à écarter, etc...
