J'ai essayé d'ugrader mon Xub 18.04 vers la 20.04. Pendant la MAJ, j'ai voulu débrancher le portable pour le déplacer...
Oops, il s'est éteint immédiatement 🙁

Evidemment, il ne démarre plus du tout.
Est-ce qu'il y a un moyen de réparer cette installation depuis un live ou est-ce que je ne peux que passer par une réinstall complète ?

Est-ce que tu as accès à GRUB pour lancer une session de récupération (mode recovery) ? Si tu n'es pas en dual boot, il faut probablement appuyer sur une touche au démarrage pour accéder à GRUB (de mémoire, c'est shift, mais je n'en suis pas sûr).

Si oui, une fois connecté en root sur la session en question, essaie des commandes du genre :

apt-get install -f
dpkg --configure -a
apt --fix-broken install

Note qu'il faudra probablement être connecté à Internet et pas en wi-fi, en ethernet.

J'utilise rEFInd. Dans les options de boot, j'ai pu démarrer sur un ancien noyau en "minimal".
dpkg --configure -a a l'air en bonne voie 🙂

Il a quand même rencontré un souci lors de la mise à jour des bases de données de phpmyadmin... Je lui ai demandé d'abandonner.

On va nettoyer un peu tout ça et réactiver les anciens dépôts tiers. Je vais te donner des commandes avec l'éditeur Nano. Comme il fonctionne dans le terminal, les commandes pour copier/coller ne seront pas ctrl + C/ctrl + V mais shift + ctrl + C/shift + ctrl + V respectivement. Pour enregistrer un fichier avec Nano, fais ctrl + O, valide le nom de fichier puis quitte-le avec ctrl + X.

Édite ton sources.list :

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list

et remplace tout son contenu par ça puis enregistre :

Ensuite, on va créer un fichier dédié pour ce scratux qui était dans le sources.list principal :

Le PPA de GNOME EncFS n'est apparemment plus maintenu (dernière branche : disco/19.04). Est-ce que tu en as encore besoin ?

Pour le PPA de SuperTuxKart :

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/stk-ubuntu-dev-bionic.list

Remplace tout son contenu par ça :

Pour le PPA de Boot-Repair :

Est-ce nécessaire ou le plus logique ne serait-il pas de supprimer la mention d'une version du nom de ces PPA ?

Merci à vous.
EncFS... je ne sais pas ce que c'est, donc je n'en ai plus besoin. Sinon je me débrouillerai le moment venu.
boot-repair, je me suis fait une clé multi-install donc j'utiliserai celle-ci, j'ai supprimé boot repair pour le moment.
STK, désormais, je le compile depuis la source git, donc plus besoin du dépôt non plus.

Du coup après ces modifs, "tous les paquets sont à jour".

PS : Quelques petits bugs d'affichage sont apparus lors du défilement de l'écran. Comme quoi ça ne doit pas être pour rien qu'elle n'est toujours pas proposée immédiatement depuis le gestionnaire de mises à jour graphique.
