Wifi faible avec realtek8723be

Bonjour à tous.tes.
Je me décide à poster une demande d'aide car après plusieurs heures de recherches et de tentatives de manip' je n'arrive toujours pas à résoudre mon problème. Pourtant ce ne sont pas les posts qui manquent sur la carte rtl8723be !
En deux mots mon souci : depuis (il me semble) une mise à jour je capte beaucoup moins bien le réseau wifi, je suis obligé de me rapprocher de la box pour avoir un signal suffisant pour naviguer, pas très pratiques chez moi vu que la box est chez mes voisins ! ! (on a mis en commun l'accès internet 😉 )

En passant sur le canal 6 ça ne change rien, j'ai remis en automatique.

Un détail en plus : parfois mon indicateur de wifi monte à 4 barres mais seulement quelques secondes et revient ensuite à 2 barres (même à 1 mètre de la box)

Alors j'ai fais tellement de manip que je ne sais pas quel pilote est utilisé actuellement, c'est quoi la commande pour le savoir ??
Et j'avais trouvé un fil de discussion assez récent (juillet 2020) qui expliquait comment installé le pilote de L Finger, j'arrive pas à remettre la main dessus et je me souviens pas les commandes git... je vais essayer de les retrouver.....
Désolè c'est un peu brouillon mais j'ai tenté tellement de truc que je suis un peu perdu.

Tu as chargé le pilote rtw88, inutile dans ton cas ?

Ce référentiel comprend des pilotes pour les cartes suivantes:

RTL8822BE, RTL8822CE, RTL8821CE et RTL8723DE

Si vous recherchez un pilote pour des puces telles que RTL8188EE, RTL8192CE, RTL8192CU, RTL8192DE, RTL8192EE, RTL8192SE, RTL8723AE, RTL8723BE ou RTL8821AE, celles-ci doivent être fournies par votre noyau.
Sinon, vous devez vous rendre sur le projet Backports ( https://backports.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Main_Page ) pour obtenir le code nécessaire.

Je viens de regarder ce que propose rtw88. Effectivement, ça ne couvre pas le 8723be.

On peux déjà vérifier l'hypothèse de la mise à jour : Tu bootes sur le noyau précédent (n-1), voire celui d'avant (n-2) et tu donnes les retours de :
