problème connexion ordinateur portable - enceinte bluetooth

Bonjour à tous,

je viens d'acheter un dongle bluetooth compatible bluetooth 4 et antérieur pour mon PC portable HP Probook 6570b qui ne l'avait pas. L'ordinateur le reconnaît, c'est actif et il repère les appareils à connecter. Mon enceinte bluetooth apparaît bien dans la liste disponible mais quand je veux configurer, ça cherche et le lien ne se fait pas.
L'enceinte est récente et j'ai réussi à coupler mon smartphone avec l'ordi.

Du coup, je me demande s'il faut que j'installe quelque chose d'autre etc... car ça me parait étrange que ça ne fonctionne pas.

Il y a quelque chose à faire ? Merci à vous pour votre aide !

Il faudra fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth

sudo service bluetooth status

dpkg -l | grep blue

et :

rfkill list all

pour le moment, rien vu correspondant pour me dépanner. J'ai installé pavucontrol il y a un moment, je n'ai pas windows sur cet ordi et l'enceinte (une Bose) est bien repérée dans la liste des appareils mais la connexion ne se fait pas.

Voilà, j'espère que ça pourra aider et qu'il sera possible d'utiliser cette enceinte en bluetooth (qui fonctionne parfaitement avec le smartphone), seul raison pour laquelle j'ai acheté ce dongle.

tu es un génie ou une sorte de démiurge du bluetooth !!! 😃:) Aucune idée de ce que tu m'as demandé de faire mais mon enceinte est maintenant connectée à mon PC !!! Un grand merci pour cette manipulation clef en main efficace !

Au cas où, si tu en as le temps, peux-tu juste me dire en quelques mots pourquoi la connexion ne se faisait pas et en quoi consiste la solution apportée ? Histoire d'éclairer ma lanterne.

Ces pilotes Bluetooth Broadcom ont été réalisés au départ pour Windows, et tu en as installé une copie adaptée pour Linux.

Je ne suis pas un spécialiste du Bluetooth, je ne fais que ramener des informations.
