Avant toute chose, il faut savoir que la mise à niveau désactive les dépôts tiers, donc il va falloir réactiver celui de Google Chrome :
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-chrome.list
Corrige-le comme ça :

De même, dans ton sources.list principal, il doit y avoir des dépôts désactivés qui sont restés en bionic (parce qu'ils étaient désactivés, justement). Édite-le :
