réinstaller l'imprimante multifonctions Canon PIXMA TS3350

Bonjour,

Dès que cela m'a semblé possible (j'ai attendu que cela me soit proposé par mon "gestionnaire de mise à jour") j'ai mis à niveau mon système 18.04 vers 20.04.
Quand la mise à niveau fut terminée j'ai rencontré quelques soucis.

C'est particulièrement gênant de ne plus pouvoir disposer de mes deux imprimantes une laser "Brother HL-L3270CDW" et une jet d'encre "Canon PIXMA TS3350" qui fonctionnaient toutes le deux très bien avant la mise à niveau. Plusieurs tentatives de réinstallation se sont soldées par des échecs.

Ma laser manquant d'encre que j'ai dû commander, je vais donner la priorité à la "Canon PIXMA TS3350".
Suite à la lecture de documentation, j'ai listé les fichiers ppd à ma manière (très graphique) mais je ne sais pas vraiment quoi en faire.
Je ne me sens capable d'utiliser la ligne de commande qu'avec un exemple sous les yeux...

Si quelqu'un peut m'aider... Merci d'avance

Ouvre le terminal avec ctrl-alt-t

Sélectionne la commande voulue avec un triple clic (ça sélectionne toute la ligne, même la fin si on ne la voit pas)

Colle-la dans le terminal avec un clic molette, valide avec Entrée

Sélectionne et copie tout ce que te dit le terminal depuis la commande jusqu'à la dernière ligne incluse

Clique sur le <> de l'éditeur de message

Colle là où se trouve le curseur (entre le ] et le [)

Refais toutes les étapes depuis la 2 pour les autres commandes.

J'essaye d'obtenir les infos, en espérant que des connaisseurs pourront intervenir.

Je remercie uxubu 1957, malbo, ylag, ainsi que les personnes citées.
Je vais être très pris ce week-end mais dès que j'aurai assez de temps à mon goût, vous trouverez les réponses que me donnera mon terminal.
À priori, sans avoir regardé ailleurs, je vois déjà des éléments de procédure, ce qui me convient.

Je vais essayer de faire au mieux pour que vous puissiez juger du problème que je rencontre avec mon imprimante Canon PIXMA TS3350.
Sous Ubuntu 18.04, j'avais réussi à installer cette imprimante et elle fonctionnait. Cependant, je n'avais pas pu installer sa fonction scanner.
Je profitais de ma PIXMA MP230 qui m'avait lâché matériellement comme imprimante mais qui est encore capable de scanner.

Le 11/02/2017, moko138 a écritPour supprimer tous ces fichiers de configuration devenus sans objets et marqués "rc", et uniquement ces fichiers, exécute :

dpkg -l | awk '/^rc/{print $2}' | xargs -r sudo dpkg -P

Montre :

Pour info, le fichier /usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.3 se trouve dans le paquet printer-driver-gutenprint

Merci ylag pour ce renseignement.
Il sera peut être utile.
Personnellement, ignare en la matière, je ne sais pas quoi en faire.
Ce que je peux dire, c'est que ma MP230 est HS en tant qu'imprimante mais qu'elle fonctionne encore comme scanner sous Ubuntu 20.04 comme elle le faisait déjà, dans les mêmes conditions depuis peu, sous Ubuntu 18.04.
Je me contente de cela en espérant qu'après avoir reçu l'aide des "sachant" pour réinstaller ma TS3350 comme imprimante, j'aurai aussi la possibilité d'utiliser cette dernière comme scanner.
