DD externe reconnu mais mouline sans arrêt.

Bonjour.

J'ai voulu ce matin rajouter des photos à un DD externe de 1T mais celui ci mouline indéfiniment et n'affiche pas son contenu.

Notez que le DD fonctionnait correctement avant le passage à la 18.04.4. LTS.

Le premier retour indique qu'il faut que tu trouves un windows, que tu branches le disque et tu fasses la réparation avec cette commande à adapter (à faire deux fois)

Merci moko, je vais essayer de transférer mon DD sur un windows, le formater en EXT4 et réinstaller ma sauvegarde. J'ai toujours entendu dire que linux gérait bien les formats windows, contrairement à l'inverse, d'ou le choix du NTFS.

Si c'est un disque que tu prévois de reformater, tu peux le reformater immédiatement en te passant de remettre la partition en état. Il suffira que tu relances ta sauvegarde.

NOTA: Le format NTFS ne supporte pas d'être débranché sauvagement Il faut d'abord demander le démontage des partitions afin que les écritures finales se fassent. Cela sera identique avec le format EXT4 mais ubuntu sait réparer (fsck).
Si tu veux t'affranchir de ce problème, il faut le format EXFAT que ubuntu ne connaît pas en standard , il faut télécharger le logiciel en question

Je vais le formater mais il faut d'abord que je trouve un windows pour récupérer ce qu'il y a dessus. Pour ce qui est de EXFAT je vais voir ça de plus près.
