( je ne sais plus comment faire pour mettre des images, il faut les héberger sur un site ? )

Il n'y a aucune erreur là dedans : sais tu ce que tu as rentré comme commande ? En tous cas ce n'est pas celle pour faire la migration de la 18.04 à la 20.04... en plus normalement cette dernière peut être faite en graphique sans problème en principe

Édit : pour compléter ma réponse voilà un peu de lecture
J'ai fait la migration en mode graphique, mais j'ai ce message d'erreur
Un problème insoluble est survenu lors du calcul de la mise a niveau
Montre voir les fichiers de log dont le message d'erreur parle pour qu'on ait plus d'infos

Un problème insoluble est survenu lors du calcul de la mise à niveau. 

Si rien de tout cela ne s'applique, signalez ce bogue à l'aide de la 
commande « ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core » dans un 
terminal. Si vous souhaitez analyser le problème par vous-même, les 
fichiers journaux contenus dans le répertoire « /var/log/dist-upgrade 
» contiennent les informations sur la mise à niveau. Plus 
précisément, veuillez consulter les journaux « main.log » et « 
apt.log ».

Personnellement je tenterais la purge du ppa:rebuntu16/avidemux+unofficial (qui n’a pas de paquet pour focal) : 
sudo apt install -y ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge ppa:rebuntu16/avidemux+unofficial
Puis retenter la mise à niveau.

Voila je viens d'exécuter la commande, je dois faire quoi maintenant, car la mise a niveau ne fonctionne toujours pas.

Avant de lancer ppa-purge, il faut réactiver le ppa dans les sources en décommentant les lignes du fichier:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/rebuntu16-ubuntu-avidemux_unofficial-bionic.list
(enlever les dièses débutant chacune des lignes du fichier)
...puis ensuite: 
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
...et finalement: 
sudo ppa-purge ppa:rebuntu16/avidemux+unofficial
?
Ah ben oui, je n’avais pas fait gaffe que le ppa était désactivé.
Passe cette commande (qui ne donnera aucun retour mais c’est normal) : 
sudo sed -i 's/# deb http/deb http/' /etc/apt/sources.list.d/rebuntu16-ubuntu-avidemux_unofficial-bionic.list
Puis redonne le retour de : 
sudo ppa-purge ppa:rebuntu16/avidemux+unofficial
Voila je viens de suivre a la lettre vos demendes, mais toujours ce message d'erreur.

Il restera aussi ce dépôt à traiter: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/eid.list, qui n'est pas un ppa launchpad, donc invisible pour ppa-purge?
