je remarque un point d'exclamation en face de "Shell", dans le menu Apparence....il n'y a pas d'icones pour shell

Ça, c'est pas grave, c'est le sélecteur de thème pour GNOME Shell (les éléments d'interface tels que le panneau en haut avec ses menus, le dock...). Le point d'exclamation indique que tu ne peux pas modifier le thème en question parce que tu n'as pas activé l'extension nécessaire pour le faire.
Et donc, avec un autre thème d'icônes sélectionné, tel que Numix, tu as exactement le même retour dans le terminal ou il indique d'autres dossiers ?

Personnellement, non. Si tu me dis qu'en changeant le thème pour Numix, le lancement liste toujours des problèmes qui concernent les thèmes Yaru et Adwaita, je ne suis pas sûr qu'il y ait une solution (du moins si c'est bien ce qui bloque le lancement du soft). KGpg est développé à la base pour un environnement KDE et s'il bute sur le fait que des thèmes faits pour GNOME (qui ne sont pas dans KDE à la base) ne soient pas standards...
En tout cas, je ne trouve pas d'autres messages avec un problème similaire, de rapports de bug, etc. Il y en a bien sur d'autres applis (KDE aussi) avec le même genre de retours mais qui ne semblent pas leur poser problème outre mesure. Et c'est assez probable que même pour KGpg ce ne soient que des avertissements et que le problème vienne d'ailleurs mais il n'y a aucune info supplémentaire dans le terminal, donc c'est pas vraiment clair.

Est-ce que cela fonctionne ? J'ai un pb similaire.
J'arrive à le lancer comme toi dans le terminal mais pas autrement et il n'est pas intégré dans le gestionnaire de fichier par exemple.
J'ai désintallé et réinstallé Rien à faire.

Toujours au même point, pas encore de solution pour ce probleme.
Y aurait-il un autre logiciel pouvant remplacer kgpg?
Sinon Redflag, tu as desinstallé et re-installé kgpg ou carrément Ubuntu?
