L'arrivée du problème est surement différent mais au démarrage, je me retrouve avec ce message d'erreur avec GNU GRUB version 2.02 : 
minimal bash-like line editing is supported. for the first word, tab lists possible command completions. anywhere else tab lists possible device or file completions
Comment puis-je rétablir la démarrage en dual boot ? (je ne pense pas que les partitions systèmes aient été touchées! je n'ai pas bien compris ce qui a été effectué dans le post que je cite plus haut! pour régler le problème - je suis en dual boot ubuntu windows)

Un boot-info depuis ta clef/dvd (voir doc) aiderait à voir l'état de ton dual-boot.
Compliqué pour le moment (je n'ai actuellement internet que sur le téléphone). Si c'est la seule solution, je vais voir pour aller chez des voisins
C'est bon, j'ai u faire une clef bootable et lancer ubuntu en tant qu'essai.

J'ai tapé cette commande pour le boot info : 
sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair && sudo apt update && sudo apt install -y  boot-info && boot-info
mais le "yannubuntu" n'est pas reconnu comme étant l'utilisateur dans la version d'essai et j'ai comme retour

Je pense que ton souci avec Boot-info est dû à un problème d'internet.
Je te prie de passer la commande suivante depuis ta session live (choix "Essayer Ubuntu") : 
ping  -c4 google.fr
Si tu obtiens "4 packets transmitted, 4 received", c'est que ton internet est parfait et que la cause du problème est ailleurs.

Lors du démarrage sur clef, GRUD propose :
- ubuntu
- ubuntu (safe graphics)
- OEM install
- boot next volume

Je choisis le premier, cela change quelque chose ?
C'est bizarre ce retour de commande. On dirait que tu n'as pas accès à internet.
Quand tu es en session live, est-ce que tu peux lancer Firefox et vérifier si tu peux naviguer sur internet ?
Effectivement, je n'arrive pas à avoir internet sur l'ordinateur ayant un problème mais j'ai internet sur une autre machine qui peut me permettre de transférer des choses à installer par le biais d'une clef
(je n'arrive pas à avoir internet en wifi ni filaire par une session live)

Il n'y a qu'un seul OS détecté par Boot-info : c'est Windows. S'il y a eu une installation de Ubuntu là-dedans, elle n'existe plus.

La partition nvme0n1p4 a un taux d'occupation de 0%. Il est possible que ce soit l'ancienne partition racine de ton Ubuntu. Quoi qu'il en soit, moi je ne sais pas t'aider à récupérer une partition disparue. Certains aidants le pourraient peut-être...
Pour accéder à Windows, tu peux presser la touche F9 au démarrage afin d'arriver dans le Boot menu et sélectionner l'entrée "Windows Boot Manager" parmi les entrées proposées.

Si tu veux récupérer tes billes de win, avec une clef live buntu tu peux.

Si tu veux récupérer le système windows (+ tes billes dedans) faudrait booter sur win via le bios et utiliser un soft de clonage/restauration vers un disque externe. Enfin, sur le papier.

Semble que la nvme01p4 vide fut reformaté en ntfs ; ou bien t'y avais installé buntu sur cette partoche déjà en ntfs.
Merci, pour me simplifié la vie, j'ai réinstallé ubuntu : peu de pertes comme tout était enregistré sur la partition data !

Je constate que tu as modifié assez profondément le partitionnement. Tu as même augmenté la taille de la partition système de Windows 10 (partition nvme0n1p3) qui était un peu trop occupée (tu es passé d'un taux occupation de 85% à un taux de 63%)
Pour moi, ton installation est correcte.

EDIT : je viens d'ajouter une ligne " Pavilion 14-dh0037nf " dans la Liste des portables HP
Pour mémoire, ce modèle - visible sur cette page du site LaptopSpririt - est équipé d'un processeur Intel Core i7-8565U ; la partie "Intel UHD Graphics" est intégrée sur la même puce que le processeur. Il n'y a pas de "carte" graphique dédiée.
