Je souhaite profiter du c0nf*n#m€nt pour migrer de mon bon vieux 16.04 LTS à 20.04 LTS. Or hier, durant ma tentative de test U20.04 Live, j'ai buté sur un problème de divers logiciels apt:// d' ubuntu-fr.org qui ne peuvent être installé, pour cause de

U-20.04 a écritle paquet "xxxx" est virtuel.

!! oups!!! Késako???

Du coup j'ai installé très provisoirement U20.04 sur un vieux disque dur qui traînait pour tester tout ça aux p'tits oignons avant de le faire sur mon disque dur perso de l'ordi... mais le problème demeure...

J'ai activé le dépôt "partenaire" comme conseillé là et fait "sudo apt-get update" mais rien n'y fait.

Salut,

La question principale, qui pourrait permettre d'avancer sur le sujet est : Quels sont ces paquets que tu n'arrives pas à installer avec Apturl (apt://) ? En effet, certains paquets n'existent plus dans les dépôts.

Là par ex en ce moment je bute sur Amule , mais j'en ai eu plusieurs autres hier, que je n'ai plus en tête désolé.

mais si c'est comme ça pour les autres appli qui m'ont fait défaut hier alors ça va pas le faire .... :/ 🙁

Ce 1er exemple, Amule, confirme ce que je suppose. Ce paquet n'existe pas dans Focal 20.04.

Le plus simple, pour vérifier l'existence d'un paquet dans les dépôts de la version utilisée est d'installer [doc]Synaptic[/doc]. Une fois installé, tu lances Synaptic et recherche le paquet désiré. S'il n'apparaît pas, c'est qu'il est absent des dépôts.

Oui , je suis revenu au bon vieux Synaptic, je crois qu'il n'y a rien de mieux pour moi !

Du coup ça veut dire que c'est mort pour moi Amule si je ne peux plus l'utiliser/installer ? ou alors j'oublies 20.04 et reste sur 16.04 ? boooof ...

Tu peux rester en 20.04, et essayer de télécharger et d'installer le .deb à la main.

La dernière version (sauf erreur) est ici : http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/a/amule/amule_2.3.2-2_i386.deb
Puis tu clic dessus, et cela lancera la logithèque, qui te proposera l'installation.

Si les dépendances de amule sont toujours dans la 20.04, cela passera.

J'ai retrouvé un sujet concernant Amule sur la 20.04. Y est expliqué comment l'installer. Attention à bien installer les versions de paquets correspondant à la version du système : 32 ou 64 bits.
