Et donc, tes dépôts sont à peu près ok. C'est un peu le bazar dans le sources.list. Je préconiserais de le nettoyer un peu :
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
Supprime tout son contenu (ctrl + K pour effacer des lignes entières avec Nano) et colle celui-ci à la place :

Une fois que c'est fait, enregistre avec ctrl + O, valide le nom de fichier, puis ferme Nano avec ctrl + X.
Puis recharge la liste des dépôts :
sudo apt-get update
Et en tapant ce message, je me suis rendu compte que dans ton sources.list, tu avais le dépôt Proposed d'activé. Il ne faut jamais l'activer, à moins de savoir exactement ce que tu fais : il intègre des paquets en cours de test avant déploiement général qui peuvent apporter pas mal de problèmes. En cas de problème avec un logiciel, on peut vouloir tester une mise à jour dans Proposed, auquel cas on active le dépôt, on fait la mise à jour du paquet concerné et on le désactive à nouveau. Mais l'avoir constamment activé, c'est le meilleur moyen pour casser le système.
Donc, une fois les dépôts rechargés, redonne-moi à nouveau le retour de :
apt list | grep "installé, local"
