ubuntu 18.04 Une erreur est survenue durant la recherche des mises à j

Bonjour J'ai un soucis avec mon Ubuntu 18.04.

En voulant remplacer python3.8 par python3.6 J'ai dû bousiller le fonctionnement normal de mon système. Conséquence directe :
(1) impossible de lancer le terminal en cliquant directement sur son icone. Obligé de faire un clique droit depuis un repertoire.
(2) j'ai un cerle rouge avec une barre blanche horizontale (Panneau sens interdit) en haut à droite de mon écran. le message qui suit cela c'est "Une erreur est survenue durant la recherche des mises à jour".

NB : J'arrive néanmoins à écrire du code fonctionnel en python3.8

Comment puis-je corriger les deux problèmes cités plus haut???

Pour nettoyer :

Le 11/02/2017, moko138 a écritPour supprimer les fichiers de configuration devenus sans objets et marqués "rc", et uniquement ces fichiers, exécute :

dpkg -l | awk '/^rc/{print $2}' | xargs -r sudo dpkg -P

Tente :

sudo apt full-upgrade

Pour [doc]python[/doc], il faudra d'autres aidants.

Je lis :

I would suggest not to remove the installed Python 3.8, as maybe it is used for system tools.
Je suggère de ne pas supprimer le Python 3.8 installé, car il est peut-être utilisé pour les outils système.
