Bonjour,
il m'est impossible d'utiliser mon scanner depuis que je suis sous Ubuntu 20. L'imprimante fonctionne très bien.

message d'erreur au lancement de la numérisation:
Echec de la numérisation, impossible de démarrer la numérisation

Impossible d'installer HPlip:

J'utilise la version d'hplip des dépôts.

Le 25/10/2020, ajrelcdir a écritJ'avais le même problème sous 18.4. Je suis passé à la version 20.4.1 et le problème persistait : l'impression avec ma HP Photosmart B 210 fonctionnait parfaitement mais le scanner n'était plus reconnu.
J'ai procédé à la manip conseillée par gribouille (#14) et tout s'est rétabli.

Cependant cela ne fonctionne toujours pas. lorsque je lance le scanner j'ai un message automatique a propos du driver. Cependant en cliquant sur Download and install the plugin from an HP autorized server, il ne se passe rien.

est-il possible d'ajouter manuellement les plugin?

Ouvre le terminal avec ctrl-alt-t

Sélectionne la commande voulue avec un triple clic (ça sélectionne toute la ligne, même la fin si on ne la voit pas)

Colle-la dans le terminal avec un clic molette, valide avec Entrée

Sélectionne et copie tout ce que te dit le terminal depuis la commande jusqu'à la dernière ligne incluse

Clique sur le <> de l'éditeur de message

Colle là où se trouve le curseur (entre le ] et le [)

Refais toutes les étapes depuis la 2 pour les autres commandes.
