Problème firefox thunderbird - freeze

Bonjour,

je suis sous ubuntu 20.04.01 LTS, 64 bits, gnome 3.36.3, carte graphique NV106.
J'ai souvent, peu après le démarrage, lorsque je commence à travailler, un freeze de l'écran, de la souris et du clavier. Impossible de faire quoi que ce soit, je suis obligé de relancer par Alt+syst+b.
Quelques fois cela recommence. J'ai l'impression que cela se produit souvent lorsque j'utilise firefox ou libreoffice.
J'ai essayé d'appliquer l'échange 8 de cette discussion https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p22365991 mais ça ne fonctionne pas.
En travaillant avec Chromium je n'ai pas de problème. Mais quand je tape "thunderbird" dans la console j'ai l'impression qu'il y a un problème car voilà ce que ça donne :

N'étant pas spécialiste d'Ubuntu ni de l'anglais je ne sais pas trop quoi faire...
D'autre part, je ne sais pas si cela a un lien et si c'est normal mais dans mes répertoires j'ai un répertoire .mozilla et un autre .mozilla original ainsi que .thunderbird et .thunderbird original, je ne sais pas si c'est normal ça aussi...

Après avoir cherché et supprimé l'extension "signal-spam", maintenant j'ai ça lorsque je lance thunderbird :

Et si tu lances TBird normalement, je veux dire sans passer par le terminal, que se passe t-il ?

Et aussi, as-tu essayé le mode sans échec ? => ☰ (menu) > ? (aide) > Redémarrer avec les modules désactivés...

Bonjour,

merci pour ta réponse. En fait ça m'a freezé aussi avec Chromium. Quand je lance par le terminal jusqu'à présent ça ne me freeze pas.
Je finis par me demander si ce n'est pas parceque j'ai trop de messages en archives dans thinderbird ou trop de favoris dans firefox (je les ai importés dans chromium), penses-tu que c'est possible ?
Sinon le mode "sans échec" on le trouve dans le menu après avoir ouvert thinderbird ?

Oui merci, en fait c'était pour savoir si le menu on le trouvait dans la console quelque part ou après avoir ouvert thunderbird. J'ai trouvé et j'ai désactivé filelink pour wetransfert, ça donne ça après avoir redémarré et relancé :

Et sans passer par le terminal, en lançant TBird en mode sans échec, as-tu toujours le problème ?
Parce que chez moi TBird fonctionne parfaitement et ne proveque aucun freeze. Et si je lance TBird par le terminal, ça fonctionne toujours aussi bien, mais j'ai également ce retour :

Bon,
pour l'instant en ayant désactivé le module filelink pour wetransfert (je ne sais pas comment m'en débarrasser, il n'est proposé que de le désactiver...) et en ayant supprimé le module signal spam je n'ai pas encore eu d'autre freeze... J'espère que ça va durer... Merci pour ton retour en tous cas 🙂)
