J'ai un gros problème d'internet sur mon ubuntu.
J'ai réinstallé récemment ubuntu 20.04. J'utilisais un câble ethernet pour me connecter à ma box dont le wifi ne marchait plus, et je n'avais aucun soucis.
Mais là ça fait quelque fois que j'essaye de me connecter soit en wifi sur une autre box soit via mon téléphone en point d'accès mobile, et ça crée beaucoup de problèmes:
-Aucune connexion réseau
-La connexion via câble ethernet ne marche plus
-Impossible de lancer Firefox
-Impossible d'éteindre mon ordinateur de façon classique, je suis obligé de le faire via le bouton d'alimentation
-Lors du démarrage de mon ordi, mon clavier passe en qwerty pour la saisie de mon mot de passe

La première fois que ça m'était arrivé ce problème était parti à force d'éteindre et de rallumer l'ordi et en le laissant reposer un peu, mais là depuis hier soir le problème est revenu et ne part pas.

Dans mes paramètres réseaux, on m'indique que "NetwokManager doit être en fonctionnement".
J'ai essayé plusieurs commandes, notamment sudo netplan apply et sudo service network-manager restart mais rien ne se passe.

Pour essayer de rétablir une connexion filaire :
sudo ip link set enp4s0f2  down

sudo dhclient enp4s0f2
Du coup je lance ça sur mon ubuntu normal (pas en live) je suppose?
Ce n'est pas avec un smartphone branché en dépannage ?
Non, mais j'ai peut-être pas été clair.
En filière mon ordi marche, mais il bug quand j'essaye de le connecter en wifi. Il passe en "mode bug" on va dire, et tous les problèmes que j'ai listés apparaissent (plus un que j'ai oublié, je ne peux plus exécuter de sudo). Le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé pour corriger ce mode bug, c'est de lancer 
 shutdown -Ph now
Puis quand l'écran est noir (car l'arrêt de l'ordi bug aussi), je dois l'éteindre avec le bouton on/off. Et la l'ordi revient en mode normal, mais sans possibilité de me connecter au wifi bien sur.
J'ai par contre une clé USB qui me permet de lancer une session ubuntu live, où là tout fonctionne

J'ai réinstallé le driver mais ça n'a rien changé.
Par contre, j'ai remarqué un problème, je le signale au cas où il aurait un lien avec mon problème de connexion.
Lorsque je lance
