Bonjour,
après migration vers 20.04, je n'ai plus de son; je ne suis pas le seul; j'ai donc exploré toutes les voies : modification d'alpha-base.conf, de blacklist-conf, réinstalklation des packages et même changement de notion en passant à l'option développement dans le système de mise à jour.
Rien n'y fait et pourtant étrangement, lorsque le consulte le panneau son des paramètres, il semble correct (en tout cas conforme à ce qu'il était sous 18.04):

et si je clique sur "test", j'obtiens bien : le panneau attendu :

Je suis à court d'idée, pouvez-vous m'ouvrir une piste?

Hélas j'avais déjà exploré ces pistes, mais en vain et sans doute maladroitement, car je ne maîtrise pas bien tous ces aspects techniques.
Ce qui me surprend, c'est que lors du démarrage de session, le son système fonctionne quelques secondes, mais se tait au plus tard quand j'ouvre le panneau son des paramètres...

Fournis les cartes sons, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

lspci | grep [Aa]udio && lsusb | grep [Aa]udio

et :

cat /proc/asound/pcm

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*

uname -a

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

Entrer des commandes dans un terminal et donner le résultat - Voilà la marche à suivre :

Ouvre le terminal avec ctrl-alt-t

Sélectionne la commande voulue avec un triple clic (ça sélectionne toute la ligne, même la fin si on ne la voit pas)

Colle-la dans le terminal avec un clic molette, valide avec Entrée

Sélectionne et copie tout ce que te dit le terminal depuis la commande jusqu'à la dernière ligne incluse

Clique sur le <> de l'éditeur de message

Colle là où se trouve le curseur (entre le ] et le [)

Refais toutes les étapes depuis la 2 pour les autres commandes.
