Ubuntu 20.04 tout juste installé sur le portable cité, je n'ai pas accés à une résolution supèrieure à 1366 X 768. J'ai comme l'impression qu'il y a un problème avec la carte graphique (Intel Graphics HD 4000).

Le pilote a donc bien l'air de fonctionner (enfin, si j'ai bien compris...), mais alors pourquoi n'ai-je pas accès à une résolution plus élevée ?
