Bonjour,

Après avoir cherché sur le forum les différents posts sur l'imprimante Epson XP-245, je décide de créer le mien car je ne parviens toujours pas à imprimer sous Ubuntu.

J'ai installé le paquet printer-driver-escpr comme indiqué dans la doc Ubuntu, j'ai ensuite installé les drivers au format .deb sur le site d'Epson mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Pourtant l'imprimante est bien reconnu, lorsque je la branche en USB, elle s'installe automatiquement et je peux la voir dans la partie imprimantes.
Mais quand je veux imprimer une page ou même la page d'essai, il ne se passe rien, je vois bien le document dans la file d'attente avec écrit "traitement en cours" et le bouton power de l'imprimante clignote mais après 10/15 min d'attente il n'y a toujours rien d'imprimé.

Sur Windows 10 l'imprimante fonctionne correctement bien qu'elle mette du temps (jusqu'à 5 mn) avant d'imprimer le document.

Le scanner, lui, fonctionne correctement sur Ubuntu.

Si vous avez une solution à mon problème je suis preneur, je ne sais plus quoi faire d'autre pour la faire fonctionner.

Pour nettoyer :
Le 11/02/2017, moko138 a écritPour supprimer tous ces fichiers de configuration devenus sans objets et marqués "rc", et uniquement ces fichiers, exécute : 
dpkg -l | awk '/^rc/{print $2}' | xargs -r sudo dpkg -P

J'avais déjà fait un tour sur ce topic, je vais regarder à nouveau.
J'ai fait la commande pour nettoyer.

J'ai ensuite réinitialiser le fichier /etc/cups/cupsd.conf, puis réinstaller ubuntu-desktop puis fait les commande apt-get update et apt-get upgrade mais toujours rien.
Il faut attendre des aidants connaisseurs.
J'ai déjà le pilote printer-driver-escpr d'installé, c'est d'ailleurs le premier que j'ai installé avant d'essayer ceux du site d'Epson.

C'est bon j'ai réussi à imprimer, par contre je peux imprimer uniquement par USB, par Wi-fi je ne vois pas le SSID mais je crois que le problème vient de l'imprimante.

J'ai tout d'abord désinstaller tous les pilotes : le pilote "printer-driver-escpr" et le pilote d'impression disponible sur le site d'Epson.
J'ai ensuite réinitialiser le fichier cupsd.conf avec la commande trouvée sur le post cité par Xubu1957 : 
sudo cp /usr/share/cups/cupsd.conf.default /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
J'ai ensuite redémarrer mon ordinateur et au redémarrage l'imprimante fonctionnait correctement.
