The boot of your PC is in BIOS-compatibility/CSM/Legacy mode. You may want to retry after changing it to UEFI mode.
Je vois qu'il y a une installation chiffrée de Ubuntu 16.04 (je suppose que c'est la version 16.04 mais je n'en suis pas sûr) sur le disque sda de 128 Go (référence : TS128GMTS800).
Et aussi une installation non-chiffrée de Ubuntu 18.04 sur le disque sdb de 1000 Go (référence : WD10JPVX-22J)
Pour l'installation chiffrée qui se trouve sur sda, si tu ne sais pas comment la faire fonctionner, moi non plus.
EDIT : pour revenir sur ton problème pour démarrer sur une LiveUSB de Ubuntu 20.04, je te prie de vérifier qu'au démarrage sur cette LiveUSB, tu vois bien
ce menu sur ton écran ( j'ai extrait l'image du paragraphe "Installation Process" de la page "Dual Boot Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with Windows 10" du site BounceGeek). Si tu as bien ce menu, il faut sélectionner la deuxième ligne "Ubuntu (safe graphics)" parce qu'elle permet de démarrer avec le paramètre de noyau
