Casque Phillips bluetooth ne se connecte plus!?! Mystère...

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,
Ceci est mon premier post sur le forum.
Mon casque Bluetooth Phillips fonctionnait bien jusque là. Un matin (sans opération particulière) il n'est plus reconnu par ma machine (Kbuntu). Comme s'il est devenu invisible.
J'ai essayé de télécharger blueman mais impossible (logithèque plante et par le terminale, ca ne fonctionne pas...).
Si une bonne âme pouvait m'aider, j'ai vraiment besoin que ce casque fonctionne pou mes visios de la semaine prochaine :o

Entrer des commandes dans un terminal et donner le résultat - Voilà la marche à suivre :

Ouvre le terminal avec ctrl-alt-t

Sélectionne la commande voulue avec un triple clic (ça sélectionne toute la ligne, même la fin si on ne la voit pas)

Colle-la dans le terminal avec un clic molette, valide avec Entrée

Sélectionne et copie tout ce que te dit le terminal depuis la commande jusqu'à la dernière ligne incluse

Clique sur le <> de l'éditeur de message

Colle là où se trouve le curseur (entre le ] et le [)

Refais toutes les étapes depuis la 2 pour les autres commandes.

et avec un terminal dont au préalable la fenêtre est élargie afin de ne pas tronquer les lignes :

sudo service bluetooth status

Tu as une version [doc]disco[/doc] périmée.

Depuis le 23 janvier 2020, Ubuntu 19.04 est en fin de vie (end of life, EOL). Elle ne profite plus de nouvelle mise à jour de sécurité et les paquets logiciels pour cette version sont déplacés dans des serveurs d'archive. Pour continuer à recevoir des mises à jour de sécurité, veuillez mettre à niveau votre version d'Ubuntu vers une version activement soutenue.

La [doc]migration[/doc] (mise à niveau), est risquée avec une version intermédiaire.

Il faudrait d'abord sauvegarder les données sur un support externe, pour effectuer une [doc]reinstallation_ubuntu[/doc].

Bonjour.

Non. Ton casque est passé par autre chose. En gros il a essayé de se connecté à un autre truc et ton OS le maintenant le refus.
