J'ai installer le paquet dkms, et ensuite télécharger le paquet oem-audio-hda-daily-dkms conforme à votre version d'Ubuntu sur cette page.
Mais j'en fait quoi ensuite de ce dernier paquet?

Il n'y a pas de version de ce paquet pour la 20.04 sur le site Packages in “ALSA daily build snapshots”, cité dans la page de la doc référée par @xubu1957 au #22.

Si pas déjà tenté, tu pourrais supprimer ce ppa et ensuite installer le pilote NVIDIA des dépôts réguliers : 
sudo ppa-purge ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers
...ensuite, pour voir ce qui est alors proposé comme pilote graphique : 
sudo apt update
ubuntu-drivers devices
Pour installer le pilote « recommandé », qui devrait être le nvidia-driver-460, sans mention de « server » dans le nom du paquet.

Si ça te semble bon, pour l'installer : 
sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall
...suivre d'un redémarrage pour tester si la sortie de veille fonctionne correctement ?

...sinon, fais-le et donne-en le retour complet pour se faire une idée, puis redémarre et donne le retour de :

Bon, en relisant le post, je me rends compte que la machine concernée ne serait pas équipée d'un GPU de marque NVIDIA ?

Dans ce cas, il est normal que la commande ubuntu-drivers devices ne liste aucun pilote additionnel pour le GPU, et la commande ubuntu-drivers autoinstall sera inutile; désolé pour la fausse piste.

Si la sortie de veille ne fonctionne toujours pas, tu pourrais tenter de démarrer sur un noyau précédent, si possible, et voir si ça corrigerait le problème ?

Une bidouille qui pourrait être testée : lors d'une sortie de veille où l'écran ne se réactive pas, tente de débrancher / rebrancher le câble reliant le moniteur à l'ordinateur pour voir si ça ne réactiverait pas l'affichage ?

Sinon, tu pourrais réinstaller le ppa et refaire ensuite les mises à jour, et je n'aurais pas d'autres propositions dans ce cas.
Il faudra le passage de plus compétent(e)s que moi dans ce domaine.

La bidouille ne fonctionne pas non plus... Peut être que c'est l'écran lui même qui n'est pas compatible pour cela. Je vais essayer de trouver un autre écran pour tester.
