I've posted this question in many forums; always with no answer. I've installed Ubuntu 5.10 on my ibook G4 12''. Unfortunately, the modem doesn't work. Is there a solution, as a particular driver, or do I need only of a usb-modem? In the second case, what modem work with ubuntu and my ibook? I've searched for modem, but almost every one supports only windows.

Même problème pour moi. Impossible de faire fonctionner le modem interne de mon ibook G4 12" sous Ubuntu 5.10
Ma solution :
-Prendre un modem analogique avec un port série (olitec V92)
-Achetez un adaptateur Série vers USB
-Branchez le tout
-Utilisez Gnome PPP en tant qu'administrateur pour configurer la connexion.
Je n'ai pas trouvé de modem usb directement utilisable.
