Problème d'installation tint

Bonjour,

Je crée ce topic n'arrivant pas à installer tint permettant de personnaliser ma barre des taches. Mon problème est le suivant :

Je n'arrive pas à installer le paquet "tint2" de la doc "impossible de trouver tint2" http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tint2
De plus, le paquet ne se trouve pas dans les dépots (du moins je ne l'ai pas trouvé)

Comment pourrais-je alors installer ce paquet ?

Salut,

Le mieux pour installer tint2 c'est de passer par la méthode par les sources
en prenant la dernière version du 22 juillet

Il te faut installer Tint2 via le depot officiel du developer.

TinT2 clef :

sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com C4412AEB3B1D5F58E8149B7DD9DAAF25C26CCF8E

Dépôt officiel de Tint2 :

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

colle ceci dans ton sources.list

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/killeroid/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/killeroid/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

Mise a jour et Installation de Tint2 :

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install tint2

En espèrent que cela fonctionne chez toi 😉

Avec la méthode de Vincent, je télécharge la dernière vrsion de tint directement par les sources ici : http://code.google.com/p/tint2/downloads/list Donc celle du 22 juillet. Je décompresse l'archive, j'y ouvre un terminal, je fais

sebastien@ubuntu:~/Desktop/tint2-0.7.1$ ./configure && make && make install

Et là problème a la fin 😐

checking for IMLIB2... configure: error: Package requirements (imlib2) were not met:

No package 'imlib2' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables IMLIB2_CFLAGS

Impossible de récupérer http://packages.freecontrib.org/ubuntu/plf/dists/[b]breezy[/b]/Release.gpg

Pourquoi t'as des lignes avec Breezy, c'est la version 5.10 de ubuntu, alors que tu as l'air d'êtres sous Hardy ?
Et je ne vois nul par ce que tu devais ajouter au sources.list

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/killeroid/ppa/ubuntu hardy main

Sinon pour la compilation il te dit qu'il faut d'abord que tu installes le paquet imlib2.

Alors j'ai cherché "imlib2" dans les paquets mais j'ai pas trouvé. J'avais déjà juste libimlib2 et j'ai installé libimlib2 un peu au hasard j'avoue.

L'opération se déroule bien sauf vers la fin j'ai ça :

make[2]: Rien à faire pour « install-exec-am ».

/bin/mkdir: ne peut créer le répertoire `/usr/local/share/man/man1': Permission non accordée

Donc ça a l'air dêtre une erreur de permission. J'ai essayer d'autoriser mais je n'ai pas réussi 😐 Tu n'aurais pas une idée par hasard ?

Donc la compilation c'est bien passée 🙂
Maintenant il suffit juste de faire

sudo make install

ou mieux:

sudo checkinstall

comme ça tu pourras désinstaller le paquet par synaptic plus tard

Alors j'ai fais "Sudo make install" puisque "sudo checkinstall" me marque command not found. Ca m'a l'air de s'être bien déroulé.

Par contre quand j'essaye de lancer tint j'ai ça :

tint2 : nb monitor 1, nb desktop 1
usage: tint2 [-c] <config_file>

Bizarre non ?

Normalement il est censé créer le fichier de config au premier lancement.
Sinon essai

tint2 -c $HOME/.config/tint2/tint2rc
