Page 4 vérifie notamment:
3. Take the VGA card out from the static-proof bag and install it on the
motherboard carefully (Some cards have an additional power cable; if
your card has one, make sure that the cable is connected with the
power supply, or the card may not work properly!).
Il te manque peut-être un cable qui relie à l'alimentation, ce qui peut expliquer le manque de puissance et l'arrêt du ventilo, mais si tu ne constate pas de bug graphique par ailleurs...
Sinon en regardant les voltage, ya peut-être moyen de brancher le ventillo ailleurs... directement sur l'alim ou sur la carte mère, ne serait-ce pour voir si il tourne...
sinon tu peux aussi essayer de brancher un autre ventillo sur la carte graphique voir si la prise est alimentée...
mais je suis un peu déçu par leur manuel, à part l'install en 15000 langues des drivers sous windows ya pas grand chose...
