En cherchant une manière de mieux optimiser l'espace sur mon thème gnome, j'ai voulu enlever les textes à côté des icônes dans Evolution. Je vous partage cette info.

This is a Gnome wide setting. Either you can edit it either by using the gnome-control-center or by editing the GConf key /desktop/gnome/interface/toolbar_style.
Traduction :
Lancer gconf-editor avec ALT+F2
Aller dans "/desktop/gnome/interface/toolbar_style"
Et changer la valeur par celle qui vous intéresse, ici "icons"
